Across the European Union and North Africa.
The firm was established in 2026 and forms part of HaasGroup, a Netherlands-based property and construction group. Activity covers origination, grid capacity, consenting and site delivery.
Demand is no longer driven by the large platforms alone. European AI and cloud providers require capacity that is hosted and governed within the Union, and public programmes are funding it at scale. Sites in the European Union, and sites in North Africa connected to the European grid, serve that requirement directly.
KATAMATZU works with network operators, public authorities, landowners and specialist engineering practices. Data centre engineering is retained per site.

A data centre site is a long-term industrial user. It presents a stable and predictable load, provides capacity for co-located generation and storage, makes recoverable heat available for desalination or industry, and sustains skilled employment over the life of the asset.
KATAMATZU engages with authorities and network operators at an early stage, before land is committed.
